TW: self harm
Can we please talk about OCD and self harm!!! Because the amount of anxiety and my compulsions, sometimes it comes out in self harm where the compulsion is to self harm??? Maybe I'm alone in this bc no one talks about that as a compulsion? Where my brain can actually cause hallucinations of something that will harm my family or someone I care about if I don't self harm. Idk tho bros
