From comments like “please bod don’t” to an adult Black male to “you’re cheap and trying to cash in on the Black Friday specials” @Proslimza #ProslimSA claims to have a “policy directed to customer service”. #Background: a customer (not a Facebook user) gave a negative review on Google detailing her experience from @ProslimZA #ProslimSA. Instead of addressing the customer on Google, #Proslim decided to post her review on Facebook accusing the customer of lying, of “having standards”, of running after the #BlackFriday2019 specials which are clearly advertised on the Facebook account of #Proslim. #Proslim disrespected the customer and had other users call her names “she must remain #fat”, mocking her “high standards requirements” and it went bad from there. #Proslim is also actively trying to intimidate any user who dares speak against the brand and has “threatened actions” all who do so. #Proslim is also attempting to use false witnesses to support their claim. We won’t support #cyberbullying and #bullying of any kind from anyone especially a #business #brand which should main levels of respect and humility seeing that their business is related to the #health of its users. #Name calling of any kind will not be tolerated. #Mandela and the #ConsumerProtectionAct empower us.
