For part of my degree I had to make a poster for a bacterium (in this case Magnetospirillum magnetotacticum, a magnetic bacterium!!) and I decided to try my hand on GIMP, bc I haven’t done any digital artwork in a looooong time. Anyway long story short I’m super happy with how it turned out! May start doing drawings again (+ this bacterium is super cool i know it sounds sad)

Magnetospirillum magnetotacticum is a Gram-negative, spiral shaped bacterium which is able to position itself using the earth’s magnetic field in order to reach optimum growth conditions via the use of magnetosomes- tiny particles of magnetite, the most magnetic material found naturally on earth. 

By aligning itself with the magnetic field lines of the earth, it can use its flagella to travel towards locations with high numbers of iron molecules-which it reduces as an energy source. In addition to its unique magnetic capabilities, it is also completely non-pathogenic.

Dude I needed to get help or something a long while ago. I think that’s gonna be my first step once I fall back into feeling sort of normal. My jealousy and bullshit were horribly out of control. 

If one of my friends was dating like my clone, I would be begging them to dump them. Just because I am the clone in this scenario doesn’t mean I am somehow better.

Yeah, I have bpd. And yeah, my bpd was out of control and lead to my horrible behavior, but it’s still not totally an excuse and I understand not being able to handle it anymore.
