The Ultimate Ramadan Digital Planner (4th Edition)
As we approach the blessed month of Ramadan, I’m filled with immense gratitude for the journey we’ve shared over the past couple of years. I’ve been having a bad habit of staying up at night. Reason is because I procrastinate and don’t finish my homework. So I am like “ok lemme just stay up to do homework” then I get distracted and don’t do it and end up staying up at 12:38 am. Then I wake up very tired and sad. And the cycle repeats unless I suddenly pass out when I’m awake in bed. (From tiredness of course) I want to stop this habit over the summer so I don’t do it during my high school years.
Hiya darling,
I used to be the same, always leaving things till the last minute.
I always suggest the 5 minute trick/rule for productivity. Set a timer, do the thing for 5 minutes. You’ll either be so immersed in your work that you just continue or you’ll need a break. Take a 5-10 minute break and repeat.
Another tip would be that if something is only going to take you 2 minutes to do, just do it then and there.
And setting strict ‘rules’ for yourself regarding sleeping habits might also help. Go to bed at the same time everyday, wake up at the same time everyday.
Lots of love to you 💛
