Cross-Systems Crisis Planning
The Provider Manual (effective March 15), has a new requirement for primary provider agencies to develop Cross-Systems Crisis Plans for all individuals who have had a behavioral health crisis within the foregoing two years. To help agencies meet this requirement, DIDD is offering live online training entitled, Cross-Systems Crisis Planning: Preventing and Managing Behavioral/Psychiatric Incidents.
The training is provided by Dr. Bruce Davis in conjunction with the Regional Intensive Consultation Team Directors (Dr. Stephen Bell, Dr. Jenny Matthai and Ms. Kris Roberts). Up to 25 lines may log-in for each session on a first come, first serve basis. It is acceptable for multiple individuals to participate per phone line.
To access the training, click the appropriate link below shortly before the meeting time and enter the access code when prompted to do so. You will also need to call in via phone (dial 1 before the area code) and enter the access code listed. If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Davis at 615-532-1610 or [email protected].
