A group of scientists say the phenomenon could indicate dark matter speeding through our world at more than 300 miles a second
𝘗𝘏𝘠𝘚𝘐𝘊𝘚: Schrödinger's cat with 20 qubits
Dead or alive, left-spinning or right-spinning -- in the quantum world particles such as the famous analogy of Schrödinger's cat can be all these things at the same time. An international team, together with experts from Forschungszentrum Jülich, have now succeeded in transforming 20 entangled quantum bits into such a state of superposition. The generation of such atomic Schrödinger cat states is regarded as an important step in the development of quantum computers.
I am a skeptic. I know many people who are skeptics, but most of them are amateurs. I am a professional. It’s what I do for a living. I am a scientist, and a scientist needs to be skeptical. ...[more]
“I am a skeptic. I know many people who are skeptics, but most of them are amateurs. I am a professional. It’s what I do for a living. I am a scientist, and a scientist needs to be skeptical. I don’t know if I am a scientist because I am a skeptic or if I am a skeptic because I am a scientist, but I am clearly both. I would rather risk disbelieving something that is true than believing something that is false. I don’t recommend this attitude, but I can’t help it. I just refuse to believe junk.
“My reason for beginning this way is to make it clear that, when I say that I am sure that God exists, that conclusion is based only on the most solid of foundations and evidence. It is based on this: I have spoken to God in prayer, and he has answered me.”

Below is Professor Hellings experience as a scientist:
One day, Einstein, Newton, and Pascal met up and decide to play a game of hide and seek. Einstein volunteered to be “It”. As Einstein counted, eyes closed, to 100, Pascal ran away and hid, but Newton stood right in front of Einstein and with a chalk stick he drew a one meter by one meter square on the floor around himself. When Einstein opened his eyes, he immediately saw Newton and said “I found you Newton!", but Newton replied, “no, you found one Newton per square meter. You found Pascal!".

Why I must to learn something I'm not interest in? I mean Physics.
I was determined to do good this year but physics is going to fuck me over. The teacher sucks so much. It's been five weeks we've done like three concepts and I still don't get it. He doesn't teach worth shit. Literally my chemistry teacher, who by the way I hated as well and also learned nothing from, taught me more than this douchy old man has. How the fuck does he have a job?
