I'm ALWAYS saying this about pretending to be people but god more people need to be listening to this podcast the relationship between cal colorado and algernon geils-gerding is TRULY one for the ages. what if you were a news anchor constantly being recorded by your sidekick cameraman who discovers your ex-wife has moved on not to the young hunk you would've expected her to go for but to a smug senior citizen radio presenter constantly being recorded by his sidekick audio man. and then what if after you've butted heads and spat venom and tentatively grown accustomed to each other's presence a young hunk drives up claiming actually HE'S been dating your ex-wife and the radio presenter is now the one going through fifty stages of grief. what IF.

tried to get someone into ptbp she goes “I couldn’t follow the plot” girl no one gives a shit about the plot until like 50 episodes in & it’s another 50 until they actually start understanding it. 2/3 of the pcs almost immediately get addicted to coke within the first ten episodes. don’t listen to ptbp for the plot
