I figured if I'm drawing a German shepherd, I might as well have him do silly German stuff

GUYYYYS I CAME ACROSS THIS TREND THATS GOING ON IN GERMANY CALLED “Pudding mit Gabel.” And it’s where they eat puddings with forks and all I could think about was kaiser and ness eating puddings with forks in bllk extra time 😭
Soooo, there's a trend started in Germany and quite popular in Europe called "pudding mit gabel"-people eating pudding with a fork in public places in a group. When I saw this trend on my tiktok, I remembered that Virosa is British and Eins is literally German, so I drew them doing this trend XD
p/s: I'm Asian so I don't know much about this trend, it just randomly popped up on my fyp
Summary: stumbling across a trend where people eat pudding with a fork (Pudding mit Gabel), Tucker doesn't believe her when she says it works. So they try it.
Warnings: this is very unserious, reader is mentioned to be from Germany, there is some German in there, I feel like he'd love this trend

"Your people are so weird," Tucker said offhandedly. Laughing at his phone as he said it to her, continuing scrolling without a second word about it.
"Excuse me?" she said, putting her phone aside. Sitting up, her feet still in his lap. "You aren't one to talk, American boy."
Going back to the video he was referring to, turning his screen so she could look at it too, she read the headline. Her head tipping back in laughter at the first words. Recognizing the topic, having seen friends of hers doing it too.
A new trend across Germany, eating pudding with a fork. As ridiculous as it sounds, it is a real thing.
"People are meeting up, making new contacts. How is that weird?" She tried to defend what wasn't already labeled 'weird' in her boyfriend's mind. "Also, pudding is good."
"Yeah, but why eat it with a fork? Do you guys not have spoons over there?"
"Why be boring?" she asked back, raising her eyebrows as he only looked more unconvinced. "For the record, we do have spoons but it works perfectly fine with a fork too."
"There's no way," Tucker muttered, hand over his face as he started laughing.
"You wanna try it?" Already on her feet before he got the chance to say anything, she went into the kitchen. Preparing everything before walking back into the living room to see his phone propped up to a stack of books, recording.
Taking his own pudding and fork, he shook his head at the sight. "What the hell am I doing here?" he asked into the camera. Pulling her closer as she was out of frame.
"This is-" he started talking, holding the ingredients up for the camera to see. "How do you say it in german?"
"Pudding mit gabel," she explained, repeating the words slowly for him to catch the syllables.
Reciting a poor rendition of the words she said, making her laugh at his accent, he tried it. Putting the fork in and eating the pudding like that. His eyes widening when it worked.
"It actually works pretty good, right?" she asked as she saw his expression and the shock written all over his face.
"You guys are still fucking weird for getting this idea."
Things I never thought I would say to my mom: "If I eat pudding with a fork alone at home that's just sad. But if I do it together with 100 other people in a park it's cool."
