I’ve rewatched “Star VS The Forces of Evil” episodes 3-4 season 3. In the first part of the first episode the sanctuary starts drowning in corrupted magic and, so, Star and Moon have to seek for another shelter. Star goes to Buff Frog’s house and her mother isn’t very happy about it because she has a prejudice against monsters but then they unite on the base of parenthood and Buff Frog’s children help Star flee. The second part is about Ludo as a king of Mewni and Marco with some artists trying to resist him and save the real king. The next episode is a solid story: Star comes to the castle tries to help Marco, but then destroying the corrupted Ludo’s part of the wand, which results in Star somehow getting inside of Ludo, who then gets possessed again and when he promises to let Star go Moon the Queen returns him his finger and he transforms into Toffee. Star inside drowns in corrupted magic and meets Glossaryck cooking soup. She drowns in soup too, transforms into her butterfly form (with six arms (why six? If she’s a butterfly she has to have six limbs, not eight.) and wings) and burns Toffee into steaming goo. Of course, he’ll return someday, but it would be later, for now, everything is alright Ludo returns to the void, the King returns to Mewni. Moon checks crystalized Eclipsa. In the end, we (not the Queen) see that the crystal starts to crack. Well, the big part of the plot is over, be prepared for fillers.

Ludo: Ask him to defeat a kingdom, he'll do it. A Wolverine with scales? No problem. But write in a book? Not in a million years.

Toffee: Concocted a twenty-five year plan to get his finger back, but can't figure out that he can just flip the bird with his /other/ hand.

Magic High Commission: Came back to life just in time to figure out who's going to be their new boss.

Yvgeny "Buff Frog" Bulgoyaboff: Continues to be the best dad in the show; fight me.

Glossaryck: Burns alive and then gets offended by the notion that he might be dead. Also, I'm not so sure about the "I don't have feelings" thing.

Marco: Joined the people who think @ ing Trump on Twitter counts as activism. BUT DID YOU SEE?? HER??? PUNCH???? THE THING???

Star: ["The Bitch is Back" plays on repeat for 10 hours straight]
