2 October - Lima, Peru

A lazy morning followed by a few hours of travelmin (read: travel admin, as coined by Charlotte) and a lovely long Skype with mama and pa to hear about the walk along the East Devon Way.

We then walked down to the seafront, along the cliff top path to the Larcomar and up towards Parque Kennedy to try to understand the huge scale of the city. Another recommendation from Sally was to try ceviche at Punto Azul, a very popular restaurant with massive portion sizes. It did not disappoint and we ate there as a late lunch/dinner before heading back to The Lighthouse to get an early night, ready for our hideously early flight to Arequipa…
