The best reason to love and appreciate yourself, is because you are you. There has never been and there's never going to be anyone else like you. Despite your flaws and mistakes, you are still you, and that should be enough reason to love yourself.

You are the person who's going to live with you, for the rest of your life, so that dream life companion, it has to be you.

Also, no one is ever going to love you in the way you can love yourself, because you are the only person in this whole world who knows you completely.

The law that entropy always increases — the second law of thermodynamics — holds, I think, the supreme position among the laws of nature.
