Pushing out of my comfort zone.

I had a dream last night I could do pull-ups and I was so proud of myself. I guess it is time to move out of my comfort zone and go to other areas of the gym. I want to figure out how to use the assisted pull-up machine.

As long as you can be aware and honest with your own feelings and emotions... Do what you need to do, and tell yourself what you need to tell yourself... In order to push past and push forward.

We're only human. The feelings will eventually subside in due time. Existence is fleeting to be hung up on what's most likely trivial and silly notions. Do yourself a favor.
