She tries to mooch simoleons from him but doesn’t steel from him. She can’t afford the risk atm and she needs this relationship with a level 10 scientist.

It is, at least I think so :-).  The creator had posted the city/world’s history on the Sims forum a bit a go so I will include the link so you can get the full back ground to the world that was created.

I do have a lighting mod from Brntwaffles in my mods folder to give more colorful skies so I am not sure if there is any thing extra special regarding that but the world it’s self is exceptional and the creator did a wonderful job.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I am :-).
