alright now that I've processed it I have some thoughts

nomura got done dirty like Nat in endgame and we all know I'm right

douxie, within the span of less than like a year, lost pretty much everyone he held dear and ever loved and that's Not Cool

time travel endings fuck with character development (where have I seen that before?? *cough* endgame parallel part 2 *cough*)

whilst I'm unsure of the implications of them saying Toby would do things right instead of Jim, it does open up the fact that Jim has inside knowledge of troll society and so even though the timeline would converge and create a new one, he has the experience to make sure things are right

honestly Claire saying "don't stop until I fall in love with you again" is very romantic, a perfect reminder of why they are romeo and Juliet

also, like when they thought Jim was dead and Claire was reciting the end of r&j?? yeah they could have done that

she and Jim didn't really see eye to eye but she was thinking of every scenario, she was ready to help evacuate an entire planet because it was dear to her and that really shows her character development from the start of 3 below when she was the one who was running away from the throne
