With a groan, the brunette turn around to face the other. “What do you want,” she asked monotonously. Her expression was blank; a clear attempt on Roxanne’s part to communicate that she was doing this against her will. She had no desire to keep the argument going. As far as she was concerned, they had both said their piece and there was no hope for reconciling. At least not at this stage in time, where their wounds were still wet. “I thought we were done talking.” Putting her hands in her pockets as she waited for them to speak.
