The inner circle (blue) is the Virtuous Circle and contains the sexual practices considered normal, good and natural.
The Outer (white) is the Vice Circle and contains the sexual practices considered abnormal, bad and perverted.

Inner circle : Genitals Only -> Outer circle : Other Body Parts

In reality, all of the sexual practices above are neutral and should only matter to the individuals involved. However, the societal perceptions found in the Charmed Circle are important to keep in mind during intersectional discussions about sex and about queerness. In my opinion, the circle also shows why we ALL belong at pride and why we must stick together, specially at times like this
