Hello could I please ask for a land analysis/quest for an heir of mind on the land of pages and electricity thank you. (love your blog btw)

Aww, thank you! And of course you can! (FYI, Land analysis usually consists of appearance possibilities+name for your Land)

So, a Quest for an Heir of Mind in the Land of Pages and Electricity (LOPAE). An Heir’s Quest generally revolves around a) solving a problem, and b) getting them to consciously use their Aspect and free it, as opposed to constantly using it only subconsciously. 

So, for this Heir of Mind, I would think that their Quest would revolve around organizing the Pages that are scattered around the Land–I assume you mean book pages, not Pages as in apprentices to become Squires, lol. But yeah; organizing the Pages to protect them and preserve them, and finding a balance between the Pages (old school thought and tech, possibly) and the Electricity (new school thought and tech, possibly). 

By manipulating Mind to preserve both and bring them into balance, the Heir will awaken the Denizen, and open the path to their Denizen. 

This also plays into the duality part of Mind; dichotomies, dualities, and balance are attributed to Mind, so balancing the Pages and Electricity is a very…Mind thing.

Analysis, land & quest for a Maid of Void? Thx ^_^

Maid of Void

Class: Maid

One who Creates and Maintains [Aspect] or One who Creates and Maintains through [Aspect]

Aspect: Void 

Void deals with Emptiness, Secrets, the Furthest Ring, and Void itself

A Maid of Void would be “One who creates and maintains emptiness, secrets, the Furthest Ring, and Void itself.” or “One who creates and maintains through emptiness, secrets, the Furthest Ring, and Void itself.” In my sorta-universal-creation-story-idea for the Homestuck universe…es , the Maid of Void is the one who creates the Horrorterrors and the Furthest Ring where they reside as an opposite to the Maid of Life’s creations. A Maid of Void would start out pretty social, often hanging out with friends and making new ones all the time. They would also be very nosy in other people’s going-ons, often spreading rumors about people. This causes people to not trust the Maid, which in turn, makes the Maid very upset, which leads to more gossip. Before they God Tier, The Maid of Void must learn how respect other people’s privacy, and to not spread lies about people. Once God Tiered, the Maid of Void’s powers are very interesting. They would be able to harness the power of the Furthest Ring to create emptiness in something, or to hide something from existence. It would still be there, but it would be “Gone” in a sense too. They could also create new Elder Gods, whether for good or evil. 

The Maid of Void is a trouble to deal with at first, but once God Tiered, they are very powerful Allies that you would not want to cross.

Land: A Maid of Void’s land would need to be able to guide them to their God Tier, while also challenging them. Something like the Land of Locks and Limestone would be good.

Quest: Fairy God Mother

While on the Land of Locks and Limestone, the Maid of Void might stumble upon a series of runes that describe the rising of a new elder god that is controlled by an even more powerful being. The Maid will have to face their denizen to learn the true meaning of this, and once they do, they must create the fabled God of Fairys

Could you mayhaps do a quest for a mage of mind in the land of relics and memories, please?

Sure! So, a Mage of Mind’s Quest would involve learning and experiencing Mind, using that to solve the Land’s problems and reach the Denizen.

In this case, I would say that their Quest would likely revolve around using the Memories of/around/within the Land to learn of the Relics, and experience the perspectives and laws surrounding them. A lot of Mind Lands tend to seem to use puzzles of some sort, so I think in this case it’d surface as the Memories providing solutions to puzzles the Relics pose. 

By solving the purpose/puzzles of the Relics, you begin to solve the major problems of the Land–which could be anything, but perhaps a lack of perspective/remembrance of the past? A lack of thought on said past?–and eventually reach the Last Relic, whose purpose/puzzle will reveal the last piece that will lead you to the Denizen.

Perhaps all of the Relics reveal a piece of the path to the Denizen? Putting it all together it could reveal a map? That seems like a possibility; lots of mind-twisting foreshadowing.

Ah! Hello, fellow Void player! I most certainly can. ;3

For a Mage, their Aspect is oppressive–it’s everywhere, and in order to gain some semblance of control over it, they have to learn and experience it. 

That being said, here’s my interpretation:

“The Land of Irrelevance and Null is gray. There is no color, no strength. Nothing matters here–tomorrow is a faint dream, and the past is gone, never to return. Today is nothing but a dreary, pointless slog from one point to another. Nothing matters–they are all so small, so tiny, against the meaning of the universe and the Game, so why should anything they do matter?”

In this one, the irrelevance is taken to the extreme, and the Mage must learn of it and from it in order to use it–to awaken their Denizen and to twist the oppressiveness of their Aspect into something less damaging. The Denizen likely brings the aura of ‘grayness’ (both in the sense of the color, and of the feeling) with them, or intensifies the amount already there, leaving everything bland and feeling completely irrelevant, your actions ‘nullified’ by the apathy of the Consorts. 

By understanding the irrelevance of the Land, and how it nullifies things, the Mage can use this knowledge to force the Denizen awake; who, given the nature of the Land, is unlikely to awaken without that push. This Mage’s Quest, then, is to experience the presence of their Aspect within the Land, and use it to find and awaken the Denizen by using that experience to avert the negative effects of their Aspect in the Land.

This may seem close to a Prince Quest, but it’s really not–the irrelevance is something the Mage needs to experience and understand, and it doesn’t need to be destroyed; instead, the once the Mage understands it, they can use that understanding to strengthen the ‘good’ parts of their Aspect that are present, and allow the ‘bad’ parts to fade into the background more. It’s meant to make the Mage learn, not make them destroy, especially as sometimes Mages can want to run away from their Aspect.

Hi there! I was wondering if you could do a quest for a Witch of Doom in the Land of Pumpkins and Decay?

Sure! 

So, a Quest typically revolves around figuring out your classpect’s powers, and what to do with them--or, in the case of some, what you’re meant to do with your Aspect within the realm of your Class. (*side-eyes Knights*)

In any case, for the Witch of Doom, it would be figuring out that they have the power to manipulate and control death, decay, etc.

For the Land of Pumpkins and Decay, I would say that it would likely revolve around manipulating the decay that envelopes the Land away from the Consorts, and ‘creating’ small pockets of livable spaces where the Consorts can live. To involve the Pumpkins--perhaps they are important to the Consorts, and the Denizen, through their arrival, began to rot them away? And by manipulating the rot away from them, the Witch slowly wakes their Denizen.

Ahem.

“In the Land of Pumpkins and Decay, all things rot. Trees and grass moulder away, and mold and fungus creep over all. The Pumpkins were once the only things that could withstand the festering rot, feeding the Consorts--but with the arrival of the Denizen, they have also crumbled to the disease. The Witch must control this plague, and turn the rot from a creeping death-sentence into their very own weapon. Once the rot has been turned back, control seized by the Witch, then--the Denizen shall awaken.”

Could I ask what would the Quest for a Page of Light in a Land of Books and Cotton be?

Of course! So, a Page of Light’s Quest would revolve around them learning to stand on their own and trust themselves and their Aspect, basically. 

In this case, I think the Page would have to find the ‘truth’ of the Land--maybe where the Denizen is?--through piecing it together using the Books within the massive libraries that dot the Land. By piecing together this ‘truth’, they will learn to stand on their own mentally, fulfilling the Page theme of learning to stand on your own and trust yourself.

However, the Land is covered primarily by massive cotton fields that surround the libraries, tended by the Consorts; it’s probably ‘optional’ (as in, they can skip it, but they shouldn’t), but the Page can assist the Consorts in tending and harvesting the cotton, thereby allowing them to a) learn a new thing/task, and b) learn that they can do things on their own physically too.

quest for a muse of rage in the land of pencils and sharpeners ? ? ?

As a Muse’s Quest is intended to give them control over the power they have–enriching and inspiring Rage to restart the empty, gaping maws of the massive sharpeners that dig into the Land; by inspiring Rage to retrieve the massive Pencils that lie in the depths of the Land, and placing them within each of the Sharpeners to reactivate them–and thereby awaken the Denizen through the awful noise.

Sure thing! I’m sorry this is so late, I’ve been very busy and sick. So, lemme put on my writer’s voice. :3

“In the Land of Paper and Ink, featureless plains of blank paper are interspersed with rivers of ink. The Consorts built a grand Library, an honoring of the paper and ink that surrounds them--but when the Denizen came, the many books of the Library found themselves filled not with fanciful, fictional stories for the delight of others, but the souls and stories of the Consorts themselves. The Page must learn and experience the stories to free the Consorts--and use their powers over their Aspect and the Ink that flows through the Land to create stories to fill the books in place of the Consorts’ souls. 

“Once the Page has freed all of the Consorts and filled the books with new, original stories--then, the doors to the deepest parts of the Library shall open, and the Denizen shall awaken.”
