ARGHHHH
Today I went to my mental health appointment that i’ve been waiting for, for AGES! When I got there they said there was no record of my appointment. I was so gutted and upset. So anyway i’ve referred myself to a different mental health service hoping maybe they can do something for me. I want any sort of help I can get. Does anyone know of any mental health services where you can self refer?
