Why is it already the end of episode 10 and you're telling me I have to wait a week again to have the rest of the story?! Two episodes a week is not enough.
I admit I shouldn't cheer for revenge, but it was actually really entertaining to see Suo Wei finally satisfied his own desire for revenge towards Yue Yue. Poor girl she always has the same tricks and this time it didn't work on him. She wasn't expecting him to go after Chi Cheng and her face of pure disbelief was funny enough. Truth to be said, Yue Yue never really understood Suo Wei. She had always been blinded by what she could see and she made her own opinion through a very materialistic view of life. I'm not saying Suo Wei is without flaws, but he sees it a bit differently. She crushed his ego and self-confidence, I guess it was her turn to have a taste of her own medicine.
Now, when it comes to Suo Mei's new business, I feel like it will only work as long as Chi Cheng keeps being around. Suo Wei has passion, but he lacks the common sense of a real businessman. It's just so much fun to see him smug about this even though it's just the beginning (it's kind of the same with the car). I don't want him to change, let him stay this way. I think that's what Chi Cheng also feels. This episode truly shows, he is always known about his little tricks and, despite them he still caught feelings. Unfortunately, even if Suo Wei can admit he also has feelings for him, he can't really let himself gets intimate with Chi Cheng.
This is starting to be something Chi Cheng can't wait longer, so he goes to Xiao Shuai and threaten him (because he also knows Suo Wei and him have been working together). Nown Xiao Shuai has to find a way to convince Suo Wei to agree to have sex with Chi Cheng. He is so clever. This is so crazy when you write it this way, but this is the charm of Revenged Love: it's how every character are truly unhinged in their own way. Xiao Shuai has no other choice. Chi Cheng isn't willing to be tough to Suo Wei, but for the others... They won't have the same chance. I like how he is soft for Suo Wei, but ultimately it didn't change him with the others.
Xiao Shuai may have a bit more brains than Suo Wei, but his plan to convince him was so bad that in the end the outcome wasn't the one he expected. I don't understand, how did he think it could convince Suo Wei? Now, he is also getting played by Guo Cheng Yu. That's when you know Guo Cheng Yu and Chi Cheng are frennemies: they share the same sharp mind and will never let an opportunity go. Guo Cheng Yu found here a way of pushing Xiao Shuai to be the one to run after him. You only realize the importance of something when you lose it, so pretending he doesn't want to pursue Xiao Shuai is only going to make the latter more curious about why.
Now, I wonder how Xiao Shuai (I can't remember how it was in the book and that's even better) will convince Suo Wei to let go of his fear to have sex with Chi Cheng and how will he plan to seduce Guo Cheng Yu again (because he didn't take it well the fact that he won't pursue him anymore). Only 7 more days to know the answer.
