Woahh haven’t checked in here for quite a while but do you guys mind if i talk about my asoiaf x ninjago au for a moment ?
I’ve decided that they are all knights in this au, instead of ninjas, coming from different houses and backgrounds in Westeros. Some of their arcs are inspired by cannon asoiaf characters (i.e. Egg, Brienne, Gendry Waters):
Lloyd —>>Targeryan: pale blonde hair, one green eye one violet eye (just like Alyssa Targeryan), has a golden dragon that breathes green flames. I’ve not figured out where Misako would be from but i’m thinking of making her a high-status lady from Essos, specifically the Yi Ti empire
Kai and Nya —>>Sand(Velaryon): In the siblings case i’ve always wanted their mom to be a Velaryon, since this house has close ties with the Targs (RGB siblings are cannon in every universe trust me). Their dad, on the other hand, is a blacksmith from Dorne. Maya and Ray fell in love and ran away together Dorne, but not before secretly getting married in the Faith of the Seven.
Jay —>> Baratheon: In my au, his mom is a Dondarrion, blonde/reddish hair are common traits in this house. Obviously since Baratheon genes are hella strong he looks just like his father, his hair being the only trait he got from his mother(apart from the blabber and talking😆)
Cole—>>Mormont: At this point im really just going off vibes. The Mormonts are all described with dark hair and muscular builds. At first i wanted his mom to be a Tully, simply because their words are “Family, Duty, Honour” which i think suit Cole, but their typical description doesn’t fit Lily at all. Another part of my brain is telling me to make Lily the Mormont parent since it would suit her better but then idk where his dad would be from…
Zane—>> a ward: Im obviously gonna make Zane come from the North in my au, and i think making him a ward would fit his cannon backstory the best, but i just dont know which house should i out him in, i know this is a very niche combination of fandoms i’ve come up with but if you guys have any ideas feel free to let me know
