Just think about how much money you spend on a weekly basis just to smoke. Figuring you reading the title thinking: "Oh no, not another regretful quiter!" But I'm not, actually I smoke and I just want to help people that do want to quit. Ok, so you know now how much you spend on smoking. If you want to quit, you have to be strong. Smoking can make a person get cancer. Think of it this way: Quiting is like playing Slenderman. You are alone in a dark forest, with only a flashlight. Whenever you feel like smoking, Slenderman is near. So turn off your flashlight and run somewhere safe. Stay away from the Slenderman at all costs. Whenever you're safe, turn the flashlight back on and move on. When you are making progress in quiting, you found a page. Keep going. You're doing a great job at keeping your health. Make a savings jar. Whenever you feel like buying another pack, go to the jar and put the money in there, and close the jar. Instead of smoking, go do something. Play a game, watch some movies or series, go out and eat something or travel around some nature, it'll do you good. Keep this up until you are completely off the smoking, and you will successfully escape the Slenderman and find the last page. Good luck. ~Monster.
