respect the quizards (wizards who ask questions all the time)
I definitely suspect I'm neurodivergent and I have to ask extra questions for clarification constantly
or often just because I'm curious and I want to know something
I will never be rude when asking a question, or unkind, or disrespectful, or passive aggressive
and I have been put through cheese grater after cheese grater of judgement and hatred when it comes to people telling me I'm stupid for asking a question
actually no
no I'm not stupid
one day I might ask a question that starts something big, one day maybe, because that's how everything big has ever started
being forced to go to church means I had to hear things like 'listening is smarter than talking, why did God give us two ears but only one mouth?'
I was told that 'children like me' who talk loads are stupid, and the quiet children are intelligent because they listen
I don't believe the opposite, I don't think that quiet kids are unintelligent but I don't think that talking makes me more stupid
and yeah, I ask questions, so many questions
they might seem silly to some people but that's because they aren't questions FOR those people, they are questions with answers for me
and I learn
and my questions aren't silly
don't you DARE try to silence someone by making them feel like their question is silly
don't disrespect my quizards
