But i am not at all referring to mentally or physically challenged people. I have no hate at all towards people like that, and most often they are the sweetest people ive ever met in life! I use this word in a joking way with my friends, family, and the people i love, but i also use it for people that are bigoted, crass, egotistical, etc. Im not saying its okay to say the "r-slur" im every situation. The meaning of words changes based on context, for example, there is a difference between swearing and cursing; swearing is used to vent emotions by saying something like "i fucking love you mannn", or like saying "shit" when you drop something, cursing is using those words to cause mental pain/harm to someone, like saying "go to hell" or "go fuck yourself".

And, as a pansexual man, i call people fags a lot and say annoying stuff is gay, but i would still consider that to be different to say than retard, because faggot is my own word to use, it is used against me, and i am reclaiming it.

And before you make the argument about racial slurs, i dont support that shit personally, i have no business in saying any of that, but i feel like they are much worse words to be used based on their history and oppressional use. If you think thats a stupid point i dunno sue me or something 🤷
