I just need everyone to know this exists

It was originally for the Wii U Nintendo gift shop as a promotion image for the Wii U version of Minecraft created in Dec 17th 2015.

It was discontinued in 2018 then bought back in 2022 and the Mario pack comes with the Nintendo Switch Version of Minecraft for free.

But my absolute favorite part of this image is Iggy aiming a bow and arrow point blank in Roy's face and Ludwig judging him for it.

I love the imagery I did with my digimon 02 animatic so I'm going break it down!

I purposely made sure that the first crests we see are the crests of courage and friendship to represent Matt and Taichi.

Then this shot of Omnimon to represent the battle and also what sparked the digimon 02 casts destinies.

This shows us Yolei watching the battle, along with looking into her destiny without knowing.

This is just to show little Davis, but I purposely chose the colors orange and blue two represent the crests of courage and friendship.

This doesn't show Ken, but it represents him as well as his innocence. It also signifies that Sam is still alive because of the straw that Ken is using.

He holds his digivice here and I showed Wormmon to show that he is no longer unaware of his destiny. But he is still completely innocent to what it means to be a digidestined.

Then I put the crests of love and sincerity to represent Yolei.

I purposefully showed Cody first instead of Yolei, as I wanted to show why in the shot she has those traits and crests. The entire animation as a whole is a spawn of several months after the Omnimon battle. So Cody would still be grieving the loss of his father.

I'm really thinking about a digimon 02 au that's thriving and taking form in my brain. (The art looks crunchy but I swear it isn't)

For example Ken concept art. I want to make him more manipulative and than in the original.

But also explore the aspects of his depression, grief and personality issues. Like he lives as the "Boy Genius" because he lives as the identity that Sam had before he died. I find that very fascinating.

I also need more Joe in this AU. Just more of the old cast in general. But mostly him, because i want to explore the concept of being the crest of reliability and feeling guilty that he is always studying. Putting his education before being a digidestined.
