Here’s my own Simpsons drawing right here! I'm drawing Willie, Apu, Moe, Dr. Hibbert, Ned, Grampa, Waylon, Lenny, Homer and Carl wearing as Radiation Suits and Mr. Burns is smiling now. So, I'm making sketching, ink, color and final drawing yesterday. So, what’s your think with my own peak Simpsons drawing? Do you like it?

Hey, Comics side of Tumblr

I've been looking for a comic/graphic novel for years and I haven't had any luck.  The comic included:

A giant, freight-train-like rolling city in a desert

An emperor/warlord, bald, with a thick braid on one side of his head

Men living and dying in only-somewhat-effective radiation suits

The protagonist coming to and escaping from the rolling city via hot air balloon

This was in my high school library back in the 90s.  It was ink-only, done with hatched shading if I remember right.  I'd really like to get another look at it and I haven't been able to find hide nor hair of it on Google.  Anyone have any ideas?
