F/o who doesn't mind teaching you/helping you with simple tasks that most neurotypicals have no problem doing.
F/o who offers to tie your shoes Everytime they're untied cause they know you can't do it yourself (or even encourages you to get laceless/velcro ones)
F/o who helps you guide you with cooking since you get to anxious about messing up or forgetting a step to do it yourself.
F/o who helps itemize your chores and put them in a list to do in order so you know exactly what you're supposed to do and what should be most important.
F/o who drops everything and starts comforting you when you get overwhelmed or frustrated with what your trying to do cause they know stuff that's easy for other people can feel completely impossible for you
F/o who sets timers for when your breaks start and stop cause you either forget to take a break and overwork yourself or take a break and forget to go back to whatever task you were doing.
F/o who doesn't judge you or think your stupid or lazy just cause you struggle with "simple" tasks!
