Lani/Rafe might be good cuz I like the bonding over raising baby trope (blames old Jarobin/Jasam) and I love her rivalry with Gabi? She already acts like she is Gabi’s sis in law lmao. Also, it seems more story for her than what she gets with Eli? Maybe I’m just anti Horton (besides Sami/Ciara so far) 🤐🤣

Sami isn’t a Horton lol. She’s an Evans/Brady. Honestly, still don’t care about Lani. Rafe, I only care about him when he’s doing right by Gabi. But I will fully admit it’s more interesting than Eli/Lani. Like Lani/Eli just feel like they have been put together for the sake of it.

As for the baby bonding thing...I only liked it with JaSam because there was something taboo about it. The paternity was a secret from everyone except Sonny, Jason and Sam. Sonny was a dumbass who believed that he would still be a father to Baby Lila and didn’t want Jason to get too close all while Sonny still thought he could keep Michael, Morgan and Carly.

There is nothing dirty, secretive or taboo about Lani/Rafe bonding over David. Like Lani is just doing it over her dead son - which is unhealthy.
