Fic rec: What Comes After The Thunderstorm? by JulesThief
This is an ADORABLE fic about Madam Schlag and her assistant Rahden. JulesThief imagines Rahden to be the "Mr. Pee Pants" that all the Eden kids get warned about to stay in line and not get expelled. It's such a cute blend of fluff, crack and tugging at the heartstrings with its depiction of bullying and what happens when a kid doesn't have anyone in their corner. And just how much of a difference a good teacher can make in a kid's life!
Side note my husband stopped reading Spy x Family after the mole arc and then suddenly this weekend he told me he read the latest chapter (127.3) because it featured his favorite character, Madam Schlag. Only half joking. He asked if there's a way to get alerts on fic about her, and then 2 days later JulesThief posts this fic lol.
JulesThief has a lot of other great works too! Many are Anya-centric and all are fluffy and humorous with heartwarming family moments. I highly recommend checking them out!
