Every worker has the right to withhold their labor. Concerted action and collective bargaining by workers are supposed to be protected by law. That hasn’t stopped President Biden from demanding on Nov. 28 that Congress stop over 100,000 railroad workers from striking. Biden insisted that Congress enforce a tentative deal “without any modifications or delay.”
the times ive been like. stopped in traffic from a strike or detoured or whatever. i am cheering. waste my time!!! so i can tell everyone that youre striking when i get there. let me tell my manager and coworkers was late because your boss doesnt pay you. isnt that obnoxous that they cant just pay their workers so i couldve gotten on with my day? cant believe it took them a month to send my package because they wouldnt let their workers piss on the job. isnt that inhumane? every bystander to a strike has the opporunity to spread awareness about it. idk if this makes sense but i am delighted to be late, to take the longer route, to wait on my packages, if its so fellow working class people can get any amount of power back
yk what let’s come back with a bang
Here’s my oc Railstrike being a freak

Nobody should be surprised by President Joe Biden’s strikebreaking role in imposing a contract on railroad workers.

Instead of BNSF being owned by Warren Buffett with his $100 billion-plus fortune, it should be run by the people. To guarantee jobs, service, and safety, we need a people’s takeover of the railroads.
New York City: SUPPORT RALLY FOR RAILROAD WORKERS
Wed. Dec. 7 - 5:00 p.m.
Grand Central Station, E. 42nd St. & Park Ave., Manhattan
By Struggle-La Lucha Baltimore bureau
A rush-hour protest in downtown Baltimore Dec. 8 showed support for railroad workers under attack. The newly formed Ad Hoc Committee To Support Railroad Workers called the action. Sharon Black, a local Amazon warehouse worker who came straight from work, proclaimed, “We need a union at our warehouse, and I am here today to show support for the railroad workers.”
