Okay, can we talk about Lenka Mok and Raithe Kole? (Lenka Mok is the straight-laced cruise director of the Halcyon Galactic Starcruiser and Raithe Kole is the superstar Gaya's handsome but shady manager) Sometimes on the Starcruiser, they DESPISE each other from the moment they meet, he DISGUSTS her and Raithe just keeps obliviously, obstinately flirting until his Resistance-ties are revealed and she realizes there's more to him than meets the eye, and maybe the playboy exterior is part of the act (only slightly).
On our first cruise, they were flirting HARD from moment one, more like playful bickering, but both our Raithe and Lenka seemed kind of at their wit's end trying to juggle a ton of galaxy-saving missions at once, with little time for the opposite sex. We didn't really see their romance blossom, but I've seen videos of them MAKING OUT during Dinner #2 (on other cruises), which is WILD.
During our second cruise, we caught a bit of their pretty emotional moment in the Engineering Room where Raithe gets choked up talking about his past and his allegiances and Lenka delivers a heartfelt speech about how she misjudged him entirely. After she left, we followed her out and gave her a peptalk (like, "Okay girl!! Go get you some of that!!!") but I was also like... just be careful. I said, "We want you to have fun just... maybe keep that guy at arm's length. BIG grain of salt, if you know what I mean." We were like, yeah he's easy on the eyes, that can't be denied, and she gave us a knowing look and responded, "That man is built like CREAM. CHEESE." We all screamed and laughed and she made her escape from us, but then...
Huh?!??? What!?? What does that MEAN?? We talked about it the whole cruise. Did she just throw out a random food item so she could end the conversation and leave? Is he... hard and cold on the outside... when you take him out of the fridge, but then soft and gooey when you put him on your.... bagel????? WHAT????????? xD
As the final and last passengers of the Halcyon disembark today. I wanted to share the goodbye messages I received from the one and only journey I took a few weeks ago.
I didn't interact with everyone and I didn't complete every task given to me.
Maybe you got a different goodbye? Maybe your goodbye is similar?
