I just realized, Kakashi couldn't copy the Rasengan. Kakashi invented Chidori after failing in combining the Rasengan with Raiton. And he invented Chidori before he got Obitos eye. Witch means, he mastered Rasengan by himself, at least at the age of 9, because Chidori was nearly completed when he became Jōnin at 9.
