Super cute leather cases and wallets created by fisherman_leather, using old 菓子型 kashigata designs.
Kashigata are molds used to make Japanese style sweets, especially rakugan (a type of higashi ie. dried candies), though they can also be used for more "moist" wagashi cakes. They can be made from cherry wood (木型 kigata), or ceramic, etc. Some are bit-size while others are quite big and detailed!
Moroe-ya’s “Kanazawa Yumegashi Kuzudama” A traditional rakugan confectionery founded in 1849, in the late Edo period.
This historic wagashi shop has been loved in Kanazawa for over 170 years ??
Inside the Kuzudama, you’ll find a delightful assortment: flower-shaped rabbit sweets, cranes, miniature boats, konpeito sugar candies, ohajiki candy, bamboo-tied ariheito candy, a small sea bream candy, and even a zodiac ?? clay bell.

Rico went outside with Rakugan’s breakfast to find that Rakugan is not there. At least the car sized magikarp is not there.
Instead he finds a truck sized gyarados. Which explains a whole lot about why he’s been acting up lately.
“This is not going to be enough for you, huh?” He asks the fish, whos eyes and crest were just above the water. “How about I take you to the poke center for a check up and we go get some more breakfast, huh?”

Rakugan : Japanese dry confectioneries. They are made from mochi rice powder and sugar etc., We mainly eat with matcha at Japanese tea ceremony.
Above rakugan represents for new year's celebration and early spring. Pine's leaves and plum flowers are symbols of luck, an adonis and a narcissus are early spring symbol. And you can find boars, this is the year of the boar in the Japanese zodiac.
