Ramazan a holy month where our Muslim brothers fast for the entire day in this with no water and food till dusk and still being able to serve such tempting food by the end of the day. We got our hands on few of the items being served at minara masjid. Swipe left to check out the foodie journey. Pic 1- Starting off with the traditional kajoors(dates) its said that breaking the fast with kajoor helps the body rejuvenate and retain all the body sugars. Moving on to the next pick that is Pic 2- sandan another traditional food specially made during Ramadan a rice cake made with coconut, ghee and jaggery sprinkled with sliced almonds and pistachios. Pic 3,4- goti kabab as the name say so does its size. Small balls of minced mutton deep fried and served along with diced onions and lemon.
