This was the first one, with this quote, and as a former therapist, I say that this is really important. Mental health is such a serious matter. Last year, people made jokes about his anxiety, and I thought it was so out of taste. Only the ones who struggle with mental health issues know what it’s like. And I’m so glad to read this because yes, after a while, we become aware of symptoms and all the shit and learn to live with it. And yes, it is part of who you are, but just a great reminder that you are someone despite of it, it is something else. To learn to live with it is different than living just it. Essa foi a primeira, com essa citação, e como ex-terapeuta, digo que isso é muito importante. Saúde mental é algo muito sério. No ano passado, as pessoas fizeram piadas sobre a ansiedade dele, e eu achei de muito mau gosto. Só quem luta com questões de saúde mental sabe como é. E fico muito feliz de ler isso porque, sim, depois de um tempo nos tornamos conscientes dos sintomas e de toda a merda e aprendemos a conviver com isso. E sim, faz parte de quem você é, mas gosto de lembrar que você é alguém para além disso, e a doença é outra coisa. Aprender a conviver não é se limitar ao sofrimento psíquico. Espero que isso ajude alguém aqui. Amo vocês sempre.
