**The CrossFit Open at Raincity Athletics**

If you’ve been into class at any point in the last…. 6 months (basically since we opened), you’ve heard us talk about the CrossFit open. Lot’s of you have questions or concerns, I’m going to try to answer as many of those as I can here, but don’t be afraid to ask a coach if you have any others!

Open RP//Intro

It was an interesting change. Waking up in a bed in a white room was different to the summoner’s platform. He sat up and looked around, there were some documents on the side that introduced him to the academy, apparently he had a job at an opticians (whatever one of those was!). He was due to start working tomorrow. He also had assigned some quarters known as a ‘dorm’ that he was supposed to live in. Well, his helm was resting by his side, his blade stood in the corner of the room. He picked them up one in each hand and set off towards the address he had been given.

Caradoc Dearborn

Being placed in Ravenclaw, you’d expect Caradoc to know when to stop. For such a charismatic and smart boy, who can easily charm his way out of any assignment or class, he has a bad reputation for not knowing when he’s gone too far. It’s not a secret that he hates most of the pureblood elitists (it seems the only people who actually like them are themselves), and it’s known that if he’s rubbed the wrong way he has an awful temper.

Broderick Bode

BRODERICK BODE | RAVENCLAW | OPEN

Broderick is a curious boy. He spends his free time watching people, trying to learn traits about them that may have been overlooked by other people. He likes to notice peoples habits, and usually knows more about a person than they do themselves. His stare creeps most people out, but he really is just curious. He’s an artistic person, but it is more of a passion rather than something he would like to pursue in later life. His art is pretty abstract and most people don’t exactly understand what he’s drawn, but it makes sense to him.

Aurora Sinistra

AURORA SINISTRA | RAVENCLAW | OPEN

Aurora is very naturally talented, a sort of ‘all rounder’ who doesn’t need to try in anything. She’s friendly, smart and artistic but she favours drawing over studying. She has her head screwed on properly and sees things in a way that other people don’t, but she speaks about what she sees quietly as she knows the risk she could make due to the changing climate of the wizarding world. She prefers to have a lot of friends rather than a few close friends, and prefers her own company.
