i found an old sketch for @fairytail-redraw from July 2024 (if my notes are right) and i was like, "i want to ink something really badly...i have an hour before work...let's gooooo"
happy with it, there are places i'm not a big fan of but it was nice to just go ham on some lines even if it's messy
i was experiementing with some coloring stuff, still think it’s cute!
Sat and ate chocolate biscuits near a lake with my dad and little brother yesterday. The swans there were looking like they were expecting bread. One of them bobbed up and down, wiggling, they looked like begging dogs. We told them these are not for you so one of them tried to eat a bottle cap instead. My dad told them, no don’t eat plastic. It lowered its head and swam away, looking a little bit sheepish.
It made me want to try and do a finished painting of my swan dragon sketch from some time ago.
another day, another urge to just do linework, this time as a treat between responsibilities.

i got a headstart on this month's @fairytail-redraw and i was very excited to draw irene!!! i had a lot of fun with this, definitely did some learning in letting things sit overnight and coming back to them instead of just barrelling through.
i accidentally made parts of her outfit fuzzy so i made all the white parts fuzzy to match. be warm, ma'am.

thanks to a tremendous help from loved ones, i was able to replace my tablet!!! so i'm celebrating with a @fairytail-redraw prompt of erza <3 it was nice to get back to doing linework and stuff (sry for any fuzz, i worked at a smaller canvas than usual and then compressed it for web posting)
