My brother being a real bro, came by with his gf and my beauty and perfect niece, to help set up my new rat cage! While I get to hang out with my sweet little niece!

And now I'm just excited to finally have the cage put, in all its glory!

Can begin find what else is needed to make it a perfect home, so I can convince a locale breeder that I can be trusted to be a good rat parent.

FYI to all rodent people, just because I haven’t seen this information around, DO NOT buy Carefresh brand paper bedding. My second hamster died of mites several years ago, and the bedding is our best guess. Apparently, this problem is getting worse. Keep your little guys healthy out there…
