I decided to share more of what I eat and other healthy habits that I have. . I aim to eat raw daily at least until 17:00, if not the whole day. During winter and due to the pneumonia I got, evening meals are warm like soup, potatoes or rice dishes. . Today for lunch: pineapple, bananas & kiwi 🥝 🍌🍍 I use the whole pineapple because the bromelain is in the core of it. This enzyme is a magic anti-inflammation & has great digestive prosperity. It also helps alleviate pain and reduce the mucus in the lungs. . Kiwis are very high in Vit C - and I try to get all my vitamins naturally. This way the body knows how to utilize it best. . Bananas are loaded with fiber! We should all eat more fiber and less protein. I only know people that are deficient in fiber, but none in protein. .
