rayzer is a ghoul of sorts, he has an infinite capacity for consumption, and any meat he eats is added to his mass. so he has a collection of all sorts of body parts that he can form or break down into himself at will.

teeth are something he naturally possesses a surplus of, and spare calcium often forms in small groups resembling even more teeth

so technically, most of his body parts are "borrowed," and unfortunately no, they are not all adult teeth.
