"I really hate Charles’ dialogue in Wave Patrol. All of the “da”s and “dat”s just feel so childish and amateur."
I would have found this funny, if I hadn't known how he treats Hortense. Might actually kill him this time around, the gods know I would be doing this fictional world a favour. I'm surprised Louis hasn't taken off his head for saying things like this, but then again I guess rich privilege is everywhere.

Book: Seduced by the Rhythm
Charles is a loving, caring, and sweet guy. His main problem is that his sincerity and naivety sometimes do not play to his advantage. His feelings for Michelle are most real and everlasting. Even after years, he still considers the time with her the best period in his life. And even if Michelle chooses another lover, he will still be happy for her and wish her only the best. He will always be here for her and lend her his shoulder to cry on. (by the writer [1])
Interesting Fact:
Charles was in love with Michelle in his youth, but he did not allow himself to go further than kissing on the cheek. He had already built up his dreams and plans with her, but fortune turned against him, and Charles had to leave their hometown.
After that, he tried to start his life from scratch. He had several girlfriends, but none of them could melt his heart. Desperate, Charles decided to postpone love affairs indefinitely and devote himself to dancing and volunteering.
He helps babies with severe illnesses and gives them hope that everything will be fine.
