Raw Vegan Es Alpukat (Iced Avocado Drink) by Raw Chef Yin. 🥑 This was one of my favourite drinks whenever I travelled to Jakarta for work or to Bali for holidays. Except that now I realise it’s not vegan as they use dairy milk in it. AVOCADO BOAT (raw vegan) by #RawChefYin Bought some avocados from TMC Bangsar the other day for RM2.99 a piece. I’m so relieved the ones I’ve used so far turned up really good. Sometimes when I buy cheap avocados, they just turn black and don’t ripen well at all. I got 3, so far 2 of them are great. Decided to make an avocado boat of it.
