I finally got Rdo yesterday.

It took 2 hours to download then 2 hours for me to figure out how to play.

still working on figuring it out.

Have I already had my horse shot by another player? yes. I went to valentine. Immediately approached by a player who mounted my horse. I was like no you are not going to steal my boy. Pulled him off. Got on. and got pulled off. I tried to change tactics and mount his. didn't work. got distracted because of the horse 'tism. wanted to pet the horse. accidentally punched it. didn't know how to use emotes. he shot my horse. I loaded into a new session.

Have I been chased through New Austin, managed to evade capture by running on foot because no matter how many times I whistled my horse didn't come, upgraded my stamina like 3 times, got my foot lassoed, got up immediately, kept running for like 5 minutes, been wrapped up by the bolas thing, gotten hogtied, kept trying to break free which kept being interrupted by the higher level player kicking me. yes, I managed to finally break free but immediately fell into a ravine, hit my head, got up, walked it off, and kept running, player followed me on foot still. player 'gently waves' at me. I'm like... what? I stop, turn around, and she keeps waving and in the most ironic foreshadowing of all time I got flashbacks to the famous scene of the Spirit movie where Spirit jumps across the canyon with the Lakota and the us soldiers let them go. I apparently won my freedom by being one stubborn lass.

And this was right after the mission where you captured the conman and I was looting all the bodies the entire time we were escaping the canyon while the other players just wanted to be done. The dude starts negotiating to be let go and immediately votes no because no you are not a changed man like you say you are literally trying to con us into letting you go.

I did that mission after the one where the old man sends you after his 20-something wife and me and the other 3 players I was with immediately voted to help her and her lover escape. Because this is the 21st century and everyone knows its weird for a 50-year-old man to have a wife younger than 45.
