despite the fact that it must be very fun time for taylor to go back to her old stuff and go back to the stages in her life she was in back then, i’m sure it also is sad and stressful that she needs to rerecord the songs she wrote but were taken away from her and she couldn’t do anything about it. taylor, just know we are always here to support you and we’re proud of your choice. you’re a real inspiration and the best role model i could ever ask for. you’re that bitch and i promise your rerecordings are going to be as important as the music you recorded when you were 16. i love you and i’m sending you the warmest virtual hug ever. you’ve got this❤️

Taylor will announce her next re recording on 21st Jan which is a Friday and is also National Squirrel Day.

There must be a reason she wore a squirrel outfit on Halloween.

And she may release the album on 1st July, a Friday again which is what this billboard was about

01.07.22 for 1st July and not 7th Jan

do you ever think about how much of a prime opportunity these re-records could be for Taylor in finally being able to devulge the original meanings and muses behind her entire canon??? to tell her story the way she’s always wanted to???!! to use the intended pronouns????!?!?!!!

I know some people feel she ultimately wouldn’t come out before the re-records, but indulge me in this thought, for a moment — imagine if the stars aligned and it worked out so that Taylor could come out using her re-records of her music as a key piece in the process?

maybe she could pair it with a documentary or a docu-series of making the songs, and maybe even a deluxe two-part album for each, one with the new-records, the other with commentary of each song where she would share how and why and what she wrote these songs to mean, and quite literally spell out the queerness to her music that had been so long simple queer-coded? CAN YOU IMAGINE???

she could write with the pronouns she would have originally intended

she could articulate the recurrent motifs of a secret love, one that was confined to the dark, but one that was always her true love

she could explain her shade (never made anybody less gay) meaning of being closeted (and ALL the other closeted motifs)

she could spell out the bearding facets, the contracts, the beard-specific songs and the ways she planned perfectly paralleled photo-stunts to correlate with lyrics (i.e. paper airplanes, her old scarf, Nike’s and dark jeans, etc etc etc)

she could breakdown her music videos and give commentary on the meanings of each one (unless this would be a breach of some sort)

she could dive into the gay theories and gay analyses and explain why they were on par with what she always intended

and JUST IMAGINE her uninhibited, uncloseted commentary about reputation. (I’m deceased at the very idea of how good and gay it would be)

maybe this is wishful thinking or mindless dreaming but TAYLOR THIS COULD BE THE OPPORTUNITY OF ALL OPPORTUNITIES!!!!!! 😩 IM BEGGING
