So I read Deathless Gods Bleed Ichor part 1.5 by @malrie. Today I learned that I am not an angst girlie. Instead, I'm an extended metaphor girlie who enjoys thinly veiled foreshadowing, failgirl protagonists, strong symbolism and beautifully crafted scenery. And this story had all of this wrapped up in barbed wire next to a grenade. Atop a land mine. It was good, is what I'm trying to say. And you should read it as soon as you can
