🍕 lol, of course you can! I haven't written much for these two, and I'd be glad to do so! I decided to go with a more story-type of headcanons for this one, so I hope you enjoy~
Sundrop/Moondrop x Reader - Headcanons
The first daycare attendant you met was moon, surprisingly enough. You've been recently hired to work at the several giftshops scattered across the Pizzaplex, making sure that everything was well-stocked and seeing if anything needed to be ordered. Thankfully, you only had to work the register if someone called out, so you didn't talk with customers too often.
...However, your beginner's luck was quick to run out.
Not even a week after you were hired, bad things started to happen. The first bad thing was that the daycare attendant got out, and nobody told you about it until it was too late. It was also near closing time, so the lights were completely off in several areas. From there, everything went downhill.
"Hello there," a low, gravelly electronic-like voice whispered in your ear from behind you.
Long story short, you smacked Moondrop upright the head with a nearby broom, causing him to chase your merry ass down. Your coworkers certainly weren’t going to help you, so your saving grace ended up being but a meek spot of light.
Everyone pretty much knew that Moondrop had been having... some technical issues lately, but you didn’t think he'd try to kill you. Since other spots of lights were too far away, Moon stalked you as you stayed in that tiny spotlight.
When people finally came to your aid, Moon decided to, as a last ditch effort, lunge at you, managing to tackle you to the floor. However, when you opened your eyes when you didn't immediately die, you were face-to-face with Sun instead.
"Hi there friend! Ooh, how did we end up like this? I-I... I didn't hurt you, did I?"
You have never felt more relieved than in that moment. Everything worked itself out— people grabbed a bunch of flashlights, and lead Sun back to the daycare, and that was the end of that...
For whatever reason, you stayed just a little too late one night— a few weeks after the incident, aaand before you knew it, you were locked inside the building. Due to safety reasons; so nothing could get in or out, you had to stay the night.
With nothing better to do, you ended up in one of the many storage rooms, and... took a nap.
...When you woke up from that nap, however, your poor little heart jolted in fear when you were face to face with the blue daycare attendant himself.
"Go back to sleep," Moon had told you simply, seeming to stare into your very soul with his bright red eye-lights.
You closed your eyes immediately, and thankfully, he didn’t kill you. You didn’t go back to sleep that night, and had to focus on your thoughts instead to pass the time. One of your thoughts, however, has stayed in your mind since the incident. What if he didn't want to kill you? What if he just... really wanted you to go to sleep?
He went away once the time neared six, and during your next shift, you decided to sought out Sun for his thoughts... Whiiich didn’t help too much, because he ended up rambling on and on and on about a variety of things, but you didn’t mind too much... that is, until someone told you to man a register in the busiest gift shop. He seemed sad to see you go, but you promise you'd talk with him again.
In the following days, you've learned more about Sun and Moon than you thought you would ever know, and tonight, you were going to meet up with Moon so you could talk to him face-to-face once and for all... and hopefully without dying, too.
