Fit girls do fit girl things.

Like have a healthy breakfast and get a sweat session in before doing to a dive tournament.

Like packing beverages and snacks so that I don't rely on shitty ass concessions.

Had my first peloton ride at the hotel gym. Did a 5 min stretch after and 15 min elliptical.

Can't change the past, no sense in it bringing me down. Throw it in the fuck it bucket.

What can I change?

How I do today. Choices I make today. Present me weighing the balances and choosing TODAY.

Going forth in Power.

Choosing healthy restaurants & doing the best I can today.
