Personally? I don't really get where spider-Virgil came from aside from him HAVING a spider in the halloween episode. Also, I consider Patton turning into a frog to be a callback (pun not intended) to him speaking about frog cross or whatever the name of the game is, and not his actual "side animal" or whatever (I still enjoy content of him as a frog though). I don't see any reason for Roman and Logan to have these traits, to be honest.

My shitty theory? Nobody asked but because Thomas's emotions will obviously be negative for missing the callback he wants to go but hes obligated to go to the wedding, Patton's gonna be so conflicted (cus emotions and morals are his two big jobs) that theres a side split 2: electric boogaloo.
