What would your character be like, leading up to Christmas and on the day itself! Or rather.. whatever the winter holiday equivalent is in the world.
I guess I’ll start with Silas as I’m making the post-
On the days leading up the the event, he’s very.. in the mood? Y’know, jolly, full of the winter spirit, making a big deal of this celebration because.. well it’s Silas. Any reason to party, and be with those he spends time with.
But on the day itself he’s actually rather quiet. He gives gifts, spends time with the others, and so on, but doesn’t speak so much. Or do a lot. Essentially, the opposite of how he was beforehand.
He takes the day to stop, and think about the past, both everything he’s grateful for, and everything he wished he did differently. (Mainly what he did differently because the self-hatred in this one is strong)

I don’t get to write strong horror elements nearly enough, tbh. But this sets us up for Hank starting to realise how his priorities might have shifted, which we really need at this point.
Poor Connor though, because you know he’s never going to try and articulate any of this, so I’m not sure Hank’s going to get to realise how clever he was (really, if Connor hadn’t used some quick and strategic thinking in a situation where he was triggered, he’d have done exactly what X wanted him to). But maybe he will! *tries to find a way for Hank to realise how clever Connor can be*
