Its funny bc i read this fic years before stumbling across your original works and then sth clicked for me. Eversion was so unique, so…specific and niche in the best way possible. remembered you said you write the stories you want to read, that dont exist yet. its actually in my top 5 favourite stories haha. Eversion is one of those works that transcends fanfiction and became its own thing, i dont think ill ever read sth like it again. But i love finding the same themes in your other works too, and i adored luuk and had to think of kenneth… or wait the other wat around. When we met kenneth for the first time my brain went -> luuk. It was one of those stories that challenged me so much at the time I often despaired of if I even liked writing it, and then once I was finished, it's ended up a story that I reread at least once a year, which just goes to show that how the process goes doesn't determine how enjoyable a story is to read lmao.

And yeah Luuk and Kenneth are very similar! They're fantastic for 'this main character is such a clusterfuck we might need to outsource some of the support here' lmao.

It was one of those stories that in retrospect I'm really glad I wrote, and really glad I stuck it out. Every time I get back to it, I just get to immerse in this post-apocalyptic world with too much rain and heat because of climate change, where people are still figuring out how to have happy endings in the wildest of circumstances.

And if that isn't my favourite kind of story to read, I don't know what is.
