I got to play with my new colored pencils this morning! Yay! (There will be some pictures later.) . Unfortunately, the headaches I've been getting daily have hit earlier than usual today. You can kind of tell in my eyes that I'm not doing to well. Hopefully, it won't turn into a full blown migraine today! . I also think I have developed another sinus infection. (TMI) My phlegm is a yellow/green color and there's a lot of really thick stuff. (/TMI) Hopefully, this won't turn as bad as the last one. But, I need to restart my sinus rinses! . Luckily, since Dan has class today, he comes home early. Having Dan home is better for my mental health on days like today! Spring bunny socks today! (And they're #lavender 😍) I haven't been doing well lately, and I had to go to my PCP today. . A week ago, I went to urgent care for the infection on my thumb, and got strong antibiotics to knock it out. Luckily, it's almost fully healed now and I'm almost done with the antibiotics. While at urgent care, I apparently picked up the flu (influenza B, specifically). Because by Friday evening I was EXTREMELY ill and couldn't stop coughing. By Saturday morning, I had lost my voice due to coughing. And Sunday afternoon I felt so terrible we went to urgent care again. There they gave me a nebulizer treatment (I was wheezing badly) and a prescription for Tamiflu (they're the ones that did the flu test). . I've been taking tons of medications all week, but I'm not doing much better. Yesterday, I noticed I had what looked like oral thrush (a yeast infection in the mouth) so I went to my PCP today. Yes, I have thrush. So now I have a fancy mouthwash to do 4 times a day for 10 days. . I'm still horribly ill, and have no energy and high pain levels. I've also bruised several ribs while coughing, and my throat is still pretty screwed up. After a long day, I can finally say, I am now in Collegedale, Tennessee. Wooo! lol Being here feels different and I am definitely trying my best to fit in, but in a sense, I'm loving it. I’m loving this change. I’m definitely out of my comfort zone, I definitely don’t belong, but I could get used to this. I know it’s going to take some time and effort to settle, but it's bittersweet. (:
